"It's amazing how backwards we are here, even though we like to say that we are the most progressive city in the nation, and we are a melting pot," Mr. Andrew Cuomo said. "Fair housing is a difficult topic, because it exposes the sensitive issue of race, so politicians and government tread lightly. So that's why we're pushing litigation, because that's when people know you're serious."
